Pricing for 2008-09 ski season
High performance – BOOT MODIFICATION
Level 1- Simple equipment work
- Evaluation (fee applies to alignment work such as canting, footbeds): $90
- Basic boot fitting: $90 per hour
Level 2- Standard equipment work
- Custom footbeds: $300
- Minor canting: $30 to 70
Level 3- Major equipment work
- Major canting (requires replacement soles): $180
- Binding ramp angle modification: $90 per hour plus materials
- Boot ramp profiling: $90 per hour
- Fore/ Aft Sole Modification: $90per hour plus materials
High Performance- FINE TUNING
For those wanting to take skiing to its full potential (often racers and instructors going for exams), we offer the following services:
- Video boot analysis (we analyze your ski performance by looking at video/photos of your skiing): $60 per ½ hour
- Skier Assessment Package (we evaluate all aspects of your performance – from equipment, technique and body – to lay out a plan for maximum progress: $60 per ½ hour
- (We recommend you bring photos/ videos for this service.)
- On snow ski analysis (can be done for groups): $180 per hour
Overall costs are generally determined by four factors:
- How “off” your alignment is without boots
- How well your boots match your physiology
- How advanced your ski goals are
- How advanced your ski equipment is
Note: Not all boots are worth major work. We will let you know of any such boot problems during the evaluation phase.
